Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) between UNIMY and CyberSecurity Malaysia

Putrajaya, 18 January 2018 - University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering (UNIMY) is in a role with another Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) signing ceremony with an industry partner, CyberSecurity Malaysia.

UNIMY is represented by its Vice Chancellor YBhg Prof Datuk Dr Khairuddin Ab Hamid and CyberSecurity Malaysia represented by its CEO Dato' Dr. Haji Amirudin Bin Abdul Wahab.

UNIMY is the first ICT-focused Digital Technology University in Malaysia. UNIMY offers a host of programmes in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game development and many other advanced ICT programmes focused in Cyber Security, Big Data and Coding. Education in UNIMY is benchmark on par excellence with its academic collaborator University of Melbourne, School of Engineering (Top university in Australia).

CyberSecurity Malaysia is the national cybersecurity specialist agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI).

This collaboration is set to benefit UNIMY students in gaining direct access and information to the agency and its latest research, development and innovation in various areas concerning the future of cyber security in Malaysia.
