Baldesh Singh has over 29 years of working experience, encompassing a wide spectrum, including corporate banking, accounting, finance, strategy and operations. His first debut happened in 1991 as a Management Trainee with Sunrise Berhad and later shifted to Bumiputra Merchant Bankers Berhad as a Corporate Banker. He then widened his horizon as an Accountant with Rofia Group and thereafter joined Melewar Equities as its Vice President. Baldesh Singh later ventured into turnaround management with Tajo Berhad as its Group Financial Controller before being appointed as a Chief Financial Officer for The Works Partnership Pte Ltd (Hong Kong). Pursuing for deeper understanding of finance, he proceeded to join Richfield Brands & services Pte Ltd (Singapore) as its Executive Director of Finance. Subsequently, Baldesh Singh joined Sapura Kencana Petroleum Berhad as its Vice President, before being appointed into Kencana Capital Sdn Bhd as its Head of Strategy, prior to his last attachment with Liannex Corporation Pte Ltd and later Eduspec Holdings Berhad, serving multiple roles including as an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer.

Baldesh Singh officially assumed the Chief Operating Officer role for Prestariang Berhad on 28 February 2019, bringing together with him invaluable financial and investment insight into the Group.

Baldesh Singh is a Chartered Certified Accountant, by Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and is an Associate Member of the aforementioned institute.
