Jim has been around in IT industry for more than 18 years. Started his days doing technical sales for Autodesk and Adobe, he continuously picking up new knowledge and skills with regards to the products and offerings of the two principals. Driven by his personal interest, Jim gathered massive amount of knowledge of Microsoft products and offerings as well, including Microsoft On-Premise (On-Prem) solutions and its entire Cloud services. With his warmth and bubbly personality, complemented with a strong customer-relation skill, best believe that Jim is ready to not only give individuals and organisations the answer they are looking for, but to solve all their technology needs as well.
